    1 Construct a repertoire of research-informed and effective leadership practices

    2 Select and apply appropriate techniques from that repertoire for a range of organisational challenges

    3 Understand what it means to see leadership as the values-driven domain of the future

    4 Frame leadership interventions informed by that understanding

    5 Write a personal leadership development plan based on a reflective journal and informed by the leadership literature
